How to get tax consultant license in Pakistan According to section 223 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, an "Income Tax Practitioner" refers to a person registered by the Federal Board of Revenue.
  • This person should either have qualifications specified for this purpose
  • A retired person after serving satisfactorily in the Income Tax Department for at least ten years in a position equal to or higher than an Income Tax Officer.
