eZfile SECP

SECP made some changes to the rules after looking at them closely. This made several procedures simpler. Now, instead of having to fill out 75 forms, you only need to fill out 28. SECP also put similar definitions in one place to make things easier. He reduced the number of applications and extra documents from 13 to just 7.

SECP is going to switch from its current online system, 'eServices', to a new one called 'eZfile'. This new system will be more user-friendly and have better features. It's designed to make it easier for people to use SECP's services and file documents.

Because the launch of 'eZfile' and the new regulations for companies are connected, the new forms will only be available on 'eZfile' starting February 15, 2024, or whenever SECP announces. We've included a comparison of the old and new forms for your reference. You can also find the new regulations on www.secp.gov.pk.
