What is Form 9 in SECP?
Form 9 is a statutory document mandated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) under the Companies Act, 2017. It report the particulars of directors and officers of a company, and in the case of a single-member company (SMC), the nominee of the sole member. This form is also employed to notify any changes in these particulars.
How and When to file the form in SECP?

Form 9 must be filed with the SECP within 15 days of the occurrence of the event (e.g., appointment, resignation, or change in particulars).
